by commissioning me, you are stating that you have read, understand, and accept my terms of service.
- Basic Commission Rules.
❥ Commissions are for personal use only.❥ Credit me when posting my art.❥ Do not crop out any watermarks, edit, or claim any of my work as your own.❥ Using any of my work in ANY AI engine is prohibited.❥ No refunds once I’ve started flat colors. If I cancel for any reason, you’ll get a full refund.0╰┈➤ This is assuming you're not paying with Discord Nitro or any game currencies, as those are non-refundable.❥ I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason.❥ I have permission to post your finished piece on my social media or portfolio.
- Payment Info.
❥ Payment is required upfront.❥ Prices are listed in USD.❥ If paying in another currency (EUR / AUD / JPY / ETC), the amount must equal the listed USD price at the current exchange rate.❥ I currently accept the following:
- Paypal (USD)
- Zelle (USD)
- Discord Nitro (subscriptions equivalent to the commission price; $10/month = $10 USD)
- Game currencies (case by case; must equal the USD price)0╰┈➤ Example: If your commission is $50, you may also pay with 5 months of Discord Nitro or the equivalent in agreed-upon game currency.❥ With the final result, i'm open to reworks for an additional 50% of the original price.0╰┈➤ Example: If you originally paid $20 for your commission, a rework would cost an extra $10 on top of that.
- Process Info.
❥ Estimated turnaround: 1–4 weeks, depending on complexity & my schedule. If I expect it to take longer, I’ll tell you before payment is sent.❥ I’ll send occasional progress updates as I work. Feel free to ask if you’d like specific WIPs!❥ You’ll always receive a sketch first for approval. At this stage, you can request changes. After the sketch is approved, only minor tweaks will be considered.❥ Requesting minor edits to the final piece (like adjusting colors or adding small effects) is allowed. Major edits will cost extra.❥ If you request something that isn’t listed on my Do’s/Dont's, I’ll let you know if it’s possible.❥ I work in the order commissions are paid. If you need it by a certain date, please tell me before paying; rush fees may apply.
